"At first, we were not familiar with attendance in the HRIS application on mobile phones, because until then we were used to fingerprints that recorded attendance at the same time. If employees forgot to check in in the morning, they had to submit an attendance request. As HR, I also had to adapt to checking time off documents, and it was rather complicated to integrate allowance and tax data into payroll, but now it is fine.
On the other hand, younger employees learned HRIS very quickly. They explored it on their own without being accompanied by the HR team, and they could see the various features. Millennials and older employees needed a little longer to adjust."
What suggestions would you like to give Peoplyee HRIS?
"We hope that in the future, Peoplyee HRIS can provide more complete tax reporting features. If a company does not yet have any HR system, I would recommend Peoplyee HRIS.
